This series of work was a continuation of the works produced in 2020 in terms of colour and process.

What I tried to do differently was to begin to move away from painting portraits of specific people by infilling the eyes and being less concerned about capturing an exact likeness, thereby making them a bit more abstract.

I also tried to tackle subjects other than faces and align my work towards my mission statement of exploring pop culture and cultural identity.
